Every Embroidly design is an original work. This page explains what each plan lets you do with the files and the items you stitch.

Personal use (free downloads)
Stitch the designs on items for yourself, as gifts, or for your household. You may not sell stitched items, and you may never share, resell or redistribute the files themselves.
Commercial use of stitched items (Pro)
Sell items you have stitched with the designs — for example on Etsy, at markets or in your shop. The files themselves stay licensed to you and may not be shared or resold.
Extended use (Business)
Use designs for client work, merchandise and production runs. Files may be used by your team, but never resold or redistributed as files.
Never allowed
Selling, sharing or uploading the embroidery files (in any format, converted or edited), claiming the designs as your own, or using them in logos or trademarks.
