Who is responsible

What we collect
Account data (name, email, language, plan, marketing choice), what you do with your account (downloads, favourites, AI designs and uploads), and technical data needed to run the service. Download limits for visitors without an account use a hashed IP address that changes every day; we never store the raw IP for this.
Why we use it
To provide your account and downloads, to keep the service secure and fair (rate limits), to send the emails you asked for (sign-in links, confirmations) and, only if you opted in, occasional news about designs and tools.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs: a session cookie when you are signed in and a cookie that remembers your language. No advertising cookies.
Our transactional emails are sent from noreply@embroidly.ai. For our records we keep a copy of the emails we send; messages containing sign-in or reset links are never copied with the link.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, favourites, AI designs and uploads are deleted; download statistics are kept without your identity.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data and object to processing. Write to hello@embroidly.ai. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
