Who we are
Embroidly is a service of MDesigns I/S, Vesterhede 4H, 6950 Ringkøbing, Denmark. By using embroidly.ai you agree to these terms.
Your account
You need to be at least 16 years old to create an account. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete your account at any time in the account settings.
Downloads and the design license
Every design is licensed, not sold. What you may do with the files and the items you stitch depends on your plan and is described on the license page. Daily download limits apply to free use.
Plans and payments
Paid plans are not available yet. When they open, prices, billing periods and cancellation terms will be shown before you subscribe.
AI tools
AI tools use credits. Designs you generate are for your own use under your plan's license. Don't ask the tools for trademarks, copyrighted characters or content that infringes other people's rights.
Acceptable use
Don't share, resell or upload our files, scrape the library, abuse the free limits with automated or multiple accounts, or try to break the service.
Liability
We test every file, but machines, fabrics and threads differ: always test-stitch first. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or damaged materials.
