Sunflower embroidery design

A cheerful sunflower in full bloom: ten lemon-yellow petals over a ring of marigold petals, a chocolate-brown seed disc with a scalloped dark-brown centre, and a short green stem with two veined leaves. The bold black outline keeps every petal crisp. Stitch it on tea towels, a canvas tote, a denim jacket or a farmhouse cushion cover, or repeat it along a table runner.
