About this design
A puffy white chef's toque with a pleated crown and a neat band, with a wooden spoon and a red-handled whisk crossed behind it like a little kitchen crest. It makes a smart emblem for aprons, chef jackets, oven gloves, tea towels, recipe binders and gifts for home cooks, bakers and culinary students. The hat is white with a black outline, so it reads on any colour of fabric; on thick cotton drill or canvas aprons a medium tear-away is plenty, and polyester thread keeps its colour through hot washes.
