About this design
A big and a little fly agaric toadstool side by side on a soft green hill: red caps dotted with white spots, cream stems and a scalloped collar on the tall one. Storybook-sweet and a little magical, it brings woodland charm to autumn projects. Stitch it on a cottagecore tote, a kitchen towel, a child's jacket or a fairy-garden cushion. Tip: the white spots are sewn last, on top of the red caps, so choose an opaque white thread; on towels and fleece a water-soluble topping keeps them round and bright.
