Can I embroider a design on a Halloween costume cape?

Yes, if you stabilize it well. Polyester satin and taffeta capes are slippery and pucker easily, so hoop them with a medium cut-away, use a 75/11 sharp needle and stitch at a slower speed. Place the design high on the back, below the collar, where the cape hangs flat.

Are these witch and wizard designs based on movie characters?

No. Every design is an original drawing made in house, with no characters, logos or names from films or books. If your plan includes a commercial license, you can also sell items you stitch with them, as the license page explains.
